A host account stores the name and email the host uses to sign up.

Sign-up abuse limits keep only hashed keys. They do not keep raw IP addresses or emails, and those keys are deleted after they expire.

When a host agrees to the Terms and Privacy, we record the terms version and the time on our server.

A host can ask us to delete that account. This draft does not set how long deletion takes, or which guest tickets and recordings are removed with the account.

A guest ticket stores the name, phone, and email the guest enters, as well as the ticket.

Highlight clips are the short recordings a guest sends from an event. A clip can include picture and sound. This draft does not set how long a clip is kept. A host can ask us to delete a clip. This draft does not promise a deletion deadline.

Member information includes a member's name, email, dues status, and messages.

This draft does not set a minimum age. A host who collects a minor's name, ticket, or recording needs permission from a parent or guardian. This site does not check that permission.

Supabase stores guest names, phones, emails, and tickets. Resend sends ticket and notice emails. Stripe handles card payments. Cloudflare hosts this site and may collect basic anonymous page-view analytics and request logs.

We do not sell host accounts, guest tickets, highlight clips, or member information.

Card processing fees are charged to the organization by Stripe.
